Chia Seeds With Curd | Chilled summer breakfast

Easy and light breakfast for summers. Chia seeds has omega-3 fatty acids and give a perfect boost of energy for your early morning starts. Ingredients Chia Seeds- 2 tbsp- per person Curd or milk- 1 cup Banana- 1 ( increase quantity as per person Mango- 1/2 per person Any fruits of your choice can be added. Method Take the requires amount of chia seeds, as per person and soak in the milker curd for max one hour. Overnight soaked seeds are perfect, but chia seeds are well edible in one hour too. Add the choice of fruit, the more the merrier. Chia seed doesn't have any taste of its own, and its absorbs the flavour of any formulation you add too. Sugar, jaggery or honey can be added as per taste. Prefer honey on any other form of sweetener if serving to kids. Adults can consume as it is, as fruits its self give it much sweetness. Egg Cheese Chicken | Sandwich

 Assemble and eat! Yes, it's that easy and quick and super yummy to eat. Ingredients Bread Slice- 8 Cheese slice -4 Mayonnaise- 3 tbsp (or how much you need) Fried egg- 4 ( 1 for each sandwich) Butter- 2bsp Chicken slices- 12- 2 each or don't use, it is your choice. Method  Take the chicken slices and brown them on a pan from both sides. Fry the eggs and keep them aside too. Assemble all the slices of bread and spread the mayonnaise of your choice and layer them with egg chicken and cheese slices, any order will work. In a sandwich maker, spread some butter and make the sandwich as instructed. If you don't have a sandwich maker, add 1/2 tsp butter in a heavy bottom pan and cook the sandwich from both sides on low heat for 2-3 minutes until it looks crispy and brown. Cut the pieces in half. Serve with juice or coffee as breakfast or snack. Enjoy!

Strawberry Pancake

Seasonal favorite, the gorgeous strawberry pancake for breakfast. A pink twist in regular pancake with honey all over it.   Nutritional value This recipe serves six small pancakes with max 90 calories each. It has whole wheat flour, AFP, egg and milk in it. So the pancakes are packed with protein, magnesium, good fiber and vitamins.   Ingredients Dry 1/2 cup - Whole Wheat flour 1/2 cup -Maida/AFP 3 tablespoon sugar (any kind) 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder A pinch of salt and baking soda   Wet Crushed Strawberry 4 1/2 cup warm milk 1/4 teaspoon- Vanilla Essence 1 Egg 1 tablespoon oil/butter for preparing Method In a bowl mix an egg with warm milk and vanilla essence.   Now add crushed strawberry and mix it and keep it aside. Add all dry ingredients in another bowl (sieve it if you wish) and mix it properly with a whisk. Now slowly whisk the dry ingredient into the wet bowl without making any lumps try to do it gently. Dinner Rolls | Small

Small buns also known as dinner rolls, side rolls, many names are for them and an absolute match for any kind of dish. Nutrition Value  This is all purpose flour and the recipe makes 9 small buns, each having 100 calories. All Purpose Flour- 2 and 1/2 cup Ghee or Butter- 2 tablespoons Sugar : 1 teaspoon Instant Yeast - 2 tea spoons Milk : 3/4 cup (warm around 110 to 115 F) Salt : 1/4 tsp  1 tbsp butter at end to brush the top of buns Method Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and make a dough. Grease the bowl and let it sit in a warm place until it double its size. Punch it back and make small balls and cover it again to rise for half an hour.   They will double in size, then bake at 210 C for 25 minute. Brush the top with butter once they are out of oven.    Enjoy!

Corn Pasta | Red Sauce

Homemade red sauce corn patsa Nutrition Value Its a perfect mix of carbohydrates and protein and gives a very balance diet. Ingredients Corn - 150 gms boiled Pasta (any)- 250 gms, cooked as per packet instruction. Onion- 1 small Garlic- 3 cloves Salt and pepper as per taste Butter- 2 teaspoon Red Sauce Tomatoes- 4 blended 150 gms cheese (any) Salt, Pepper, chili flakes, Italian seasoning Butter- 1 tbsp Cheese- 150 gms Method In a heavy bottom pan add a little butter, then saute diced onion till they are translucent and then add garlic and saute again for 30 seconds. Add the boiled corn and mix all well together Add seasonings oregano, chili flakes, salt and mix again Mix the tomato puree with it and then cover and cook for 10 minutes with stirring in between. Then add cheese as per your choice to make the sauce consistency little thicker Add the cook pasta and fold everything together. Add more seasoning as per your choice. Enjoy!

Here, I have prepared a very delicious egg less banana bread with dark chocolate chunks in it. Easy to make and stays fresh up to 5 days in fridge. Same recipe can also make around 20 muffins for your next picnic or just snack. Nutritional Value Its a calorie packed snack and the calories also depend on the level of sweetness and butter in recipe. here I have limited the sugar content and the clarified butter is low in quantity so my whole bread give around 12 pieces and 230 kcal for one serving. Dutch Baby Pancake is an easy to assemble breakfast and it poof's like a dream. Its origin is controversial if we look on internet but its a lovable breakfast worldwide. Nutritional Value This recipe will serve 4 people and with filling and cream its around 280 kcal per person. Ingredients Eggs- 3 All purpose Flour- 1/2 cup 
Milk- 1/2 cup 
Sugar- 1tbsp 
Cinnamon- 1/4 tsp 
Salt- 1/4 tsp   Preheat oven to 240 C degrees. Mix all the ingredients except butter until smooth.   Take a heavy pan and heat the butter as soon as it is hot add the batter to the pan and then move back to the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden    Remove pancake from oven, cut into wedges and serve at once with any topping of your choice like syrup,fruits etc   Enjoy!
