Nawabi mushrooms is a vegetarian dish cooked in milk, cream, and cashew gravy. Little heavier in calories but perfect for any meal of the day Nutrition Value Since it has everything that has more calories, so it depends on how much nawabi you wish to get. Cook with butter the calories are added or cut the cream and oil and reduce the calories. the dish tastes good in all types and forms. Ingredients Mushroom- 400 gms- Thinly sliced  Onion- 2 big size- chopped Green chilli- 1 Ginger and garlic paste- 1 tbsp Tomato puree- 1/2 cup Cashew powder- 1/4 cup Milk- 1/2 cup Oil- 2 tbsp Spices- coriander, turmeric, gram masala- 1 tsp each Salt- 1 tbsp Dried methi crushed leaves- 1 tsp Method Chop the mushroom into thin slices and onion into small pieces.
