 A very simple chicken curry dish made with few ingredients and lots of love and  spices.   Nutritional Value Chicken curry has an expected 240 calories in 1 cup  This dish serves 5 people. Almost 50 percent in one cup of curry is protein combined with fat and carbs. Homely Tikki Chaat is my take on our very Indian street food, its taste as good as we eat outside cooked with the comfort of taste of home. Nutritional Value Its main ingredient is Yellow peas and potato which is mix of protein and carb, not a daily diet food, but once in a while use it as a cheat meal. To fill that sudden chocolate craving, a simple chocolate chunks filled cakey brownie, hope I get all brownie points for this. Nutritional Value They are whole wheat and AP flour mixed brownies, though it is more fibrous so one piece here and there won't harm. Whole Wheat Flour AP Flour Cocoa Powder Butter Around 12 pieces and each piece is around 120 calorie. Ingredients Whole Wheat Flour- 1/2 cup AP Flour- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder- 1/2 cup Butter- 1/2 cup melted Brown Sugar- 1/2 cup White Sugar- 1/2 cup Chocolate- 100 gms Eggs- 2 Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp Baking powder- 1/2 tsp Method Chop the chocolate bar in small pieces and melt it in a bowl Mix the sugar, eggs, butter with the melted chocloate one at a time. Chicken Mushroom Pasta with white sauce, easy dinner time fix for any day. Here, I have used boneless chicken breast and penne pasta for the recipe. Nutrition Value Its a perfect mix of carbohydrates and protein and gives a very balance diet. Ingredients Chicken Breast- 250 gms Pasta (any)- 250 gms, cooked as per packet instruction. A crunchy layer of Oat and flour over a gooey cinnamon apple, a very easy and quick desert for anytime. Here, I have made apple crisp with oat and all-purpose flour topping, I personally like it as a baby Apple pie as it tastes and smells same to me. Nutritional Value Apple crisp has apple, old fashioned oats, butter, and all purpose flour in it, this recipe serves 4 and has Apple,Sugar, Oats, AFP and Butter which is almost 160 calories per serving. Ingredients  Apple- 5 firm apples Rolled Oats- 1/2 cup AFP- 1/2 cup Butter- 1/2 stick room temperature Cinnamon-  1 tbsp Salt- 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar- 1/2 cup Lemon juice- 1 tbsp White sugar- 2 tbsp Method Peel the apples and slice them in medium slices not too thin or thick, add lemon juice, white sugar and keep aside for 10 minutes. A very healthy twist to regular pancakes, just add some boiled sweet potatoes to it. I have made some delicious pancakes here and served it with some fried eggs and a cup of coffee. Best way to welcome 2020, Happy New Year to all.   Nutritional Value In this recipe 6 pancakes can be made of almost 4" dial. Which have almost 60 calories in each considering the usage of butter or the syrup at the end. Sweet Potatoes- 120 kcal Wheat flour- 114 kcal APF-  91 kcal Ingredients Sweet Potatoes- 100 gms Wheat flour- 1/4 cup APF-  1/4 cup Egg-1 Sugar- 1 tbsp Milk- 1/4 cup Baking powder- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon- 1/4 tsp Method Boil the sweet potatoes and mash them, add milk sugar and vanilla essence to it.
