Gajar Halwa | Easy Way
Quick and easy way to make everyone's favorite winter dessert gajar ka halwa. The traditional slow cooking halwa recipe I have shared earlier in the blog, but this easy recipe is done by my mother and believe me the taste and aroma is still the same. Nutritional Value This recipe serves an approx 6 bowls with a maximum of 140 calories each. The pudding has carrot, khoya, and whole milk it. It is a rich dessert and considering the fat amount it should be in our occasional cheat list. Total Calories- 1781 kcal Calories per bowl- 300 k cal each piece Ingredients 1 and half cup sugar 2 kg- Red Carrot (cleaned) 200 gms - Khoya 2 cups- Whole Milk 1/4 cup mixed crushed dry fruits 2 tablespoons- Clarified butter Method Clean the carrot and cut in chunks.
