Chilli Mushroom | Dry

Mushrooms can be used in any forms, gravy, dry, or stir fried and due to its texture it holds every flavor very well. In my home, mushrooms are my son's favorite and here I have prepared a tasty dry chilli mushrooms, a perfect side dish for your meal or just enjoy it with drinks.   Nutrition Value Mushrooms are very less in calories, here I have used 200 gms of mushroom which have 60 calories max. I have added veggies to it and same sauces. This dish serve two and around 100 Kcal each servings. Ingredients Mushroom- 200 gms Capsicum- 2 medium Onion- 2 medium Baby corn - 2 medium Soya Sauce- 2 tbsp Green chilli sauce- 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce- 2 tbsp Garlic- chopped 6 pods Salt- 1/2 tsp Oil- 2 tbsp Chilli flakes if you need Green Onion- one bunch to mix or garnish Method Chop all the veggies in thin strips and keep aside. A little sweet twist to our traditional Chinese chicken with gravy, here I have added pineapple chunks, juice and little bit of brown sugar to get that tropical sweetness to the plate.    Nutritional Value A well combined dish with vegetables and chicken and fruit, which serves 3 with inputs of Vitamin C, A, Calcium and Iron Chicken- 440 kcal Veggies-200 k cal Total calories will be around 300 k cal per person adding the process of cooking. Vegetable Manchurian

My sister and I always look for Manchurian and chili potatoes whenever we eat out, any hotel or restaurant if it's on their menu it will be on our table. So after eating it in zillion of places here is my version of Indo-Chinese fusion food 'Vegetable Manchurian Dry', have it dry or with gravy, with noodles or fried rice, it will never disappoint you. Nutritional Value These Veg Manchurian balls are shallow fried which cut lot of calories, and basically, this dish is made of only vegetables which fill our daily dose of nutrition. It has Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, iron, because of vegetables and its good for kids too. The oil or butter we use to prepare makes a real difference in calories.
