Egg Cheese Chicken | Sandwich

 Assemble and eat! Yes, it's that easy and quick and super yummy to eat.

Ingredients

Bread Slice- 8

Cheese slice -4

Mayonnaise- 3 tbsp (or how much you need)

Fried egg- 4 ( 1 for each sandwich)

Butter- 2bsp

Chicken slices- 12- 2 each or don't use, it is your choice.

Method 

Take the chicken slices and brown them on a pan from both sides.

Fry the eggs and keep them aside too.

Assemble all the slices of bread and spread the mayonnaise of your choice and layer them with egg chicken and cheese slices, any order will work.

In a sandwich maker, spread some butter and make the sandwich as instructed. If you don't have a sandwich maker, add 1/2 tsp butter in a heavy bottom pan and cook the sandwich from both sides on low heat for 2-3 minutes until it looks crispy and brown.
Cut the pieces in half.
Serve with juice or coffee as breakfast or snack.
