Whole Wheat- 400 kcal Banana- 360 kcal Brown Sugar- 60 kcal Ingredients For Pancake 2 cup Whole Wheat 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate (any kind) 1/3 cup milk 4 banana 1 egg For syrup 4 tablespoon brown sugar half tablespoon butter 1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence 1/2 cup water Method Mash the banana with one egg and few drops of vanilla essence.  Mix the whole wheat flour with baking-soda, baking powder and salt.
