Here, I have made my favorite chaat which is very famous in Madhya Pradesh, India. The yellow peas chole served with corn and potato tikkis dipped in sweet and sour chutney is a perfect evening snack for rainy days.   Nutritional Value Its main ingredient is Yellow peas and potato which is mix of protein and carb, not a daily diet food, but once in a while use it as a cheat meal. Chicken Egg Roll

One of the popular street food of India and almost all over the world, my dear and yummy chicken roll. I have prepared the roll with boiled and shredded chicken and and rolled it in whole wheat paratha.   Nutritional Value I have used 200 gms of  boiled and shredded chicken, one big onion, two bell pepper and some spices for stuffing. Pav -Bhaji is a buttery finger licking spicy street food of India, which can be easily made at home by cutting all the calories and balancing the veggies of bhaji.   Nutritional Value  The Pav are store bought and usually are 100 to 150 kcal each. While the Bhajji is made of only veggies. Samosa  When it comes to Monsoon and rainy days all I can think of having a cup of tea with hot Samosa's while it rains outside.  So, for my love for the samosa and for the rains, I have prepared my favorite snack, potato-stuffed samosas. In India, usually in evenings, it's a very common scene in the market, hot samosas coming out of every gulli and people munching on it with lots of chutney or chole. Pav Bhaji

Glopping a mouthful of Pav Bhaji with a sip of lassi the thought itself makes me drool. To indulge my taste buds with the spicy and savory taste of bhaji with less guilt I tried to cut down on calories by using canola oil over butter and lastly added ghee on top for taste. Here, the recipe is only for bhaji, I have used store bought bun/pav to complete the dish. This dish serves four people with max 170 calories each. Steamed vegetables- 100 calories per cup Canola oil- 240 ( 2 tablespoons) Clarified butter - 230 ( 2 tablespoons) Bhaji is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, iron, because of vegetables and its good for kids too. Chole is an all-time party menu for us made with Garbanzo beans also known as Kabuli-chana in India. They are cooked in aromatic Indian spices and can be served with the variety of sides. Here I have prepared 'Chole Tikki- Chaat' which is a plate of prepared chole served with potato Tikki ( patty) and drizzled with tamarind and Green chutney a soul-warming dish for me in this cold month.  Chole Tikki- Chaat Nutritional Value Two main ingredients of this dish in which Garbanzo beans are rich in iron and protein and have various other vitamins in it whereas potatoes are pure carbohydrates.
