Today's breakfast special 'Curd and Semolina pancakes' with any number of veggies of one's choice. It can be a perfect snack or breakfast for kids or adults, and it never fails to impress!. Veggies cab be added as per choice, and all variations tastes amazing.   Nutritional Value Semolina, curd are the main ingredients of the dish and protein pack too. This recipe will make around 10 small pancakes with 90 K cal each. Ingredients Semolina- 1cup Curd- 1cup Rice flour- 2 tbsp APF- 1 tbsp Water- 1/2 cup + to adjust Salt- 1 tsp Coriander powder- 1tsp Turmeric- 1 tsp Cumin powder- 1tsp Onion- 1 small chopped Carrot- 1 small chopped Capsicum- 1 small chopped Oil- around 3 tbsp to cook Method Mix the Semolina, curd, AFP flour and rice flour in a bowl and let it sit for 15minutes. Sweet Potatao Pancakes

A very healthy twist to regular pancakes, just add some boiled sweet potatoes to it. I have made some delicious pancakes here and served it with some fried eggs and a cup of coffee. Best way to welcome 2020, Happy New Year to all.   Nutritional Value In this recipe 6 pancakes can be made of almost 4" dial. Which have almost 60 calories in each considering the usage of butter or the syrup at the end. Sweet Potatoes- 120 kcal Wheat flour- 114 kcal APF-  91 kcal Ingredients Sweet Potatoes- 100 gms Wheat flour- 1/4 cup APF-  1/4 cup Egg-1 Sugar- 1 tbsp Milk- 1/4 cup Baking powder- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon- 1/4 tsp Method Boil the sweet potatoes and mash them, add milk sugar and vanilla essence to it. Nutrition Value This recipe serves an approx 12 bread slices with a maximum of 140 calories each. The sandwich is a combination of semolina, oat flour, and curd. Here, I have prepared an oat and whole wheat flour pancakes which makes its way to my son's lunch box too. Nutritional value This recipe serves six small pancakes with max 88 calories each.
