Egg less cakey brownie to fix some sweet tooth cravings in this rainy season. Nutritional Value They are AP flour and cocoa powder brownies, and contains fat like butter and oil. Not very advisable if you are on a diet. Here the recipe makes almost 16 small pieces and my cooking gives around 120 kcal for each piece. AP Flour Cocoa Powder Butter Around 16 pieces and each piece is of 120 calorie. Ingredients   AP Flour- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder- 3/4 cup Butter- 1/2 cup melted Sugar- 1/2 cup Neutral oil- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate- 100 gms Curd- 1/2 cup Baking Soda- 1/8 tsp Baking powder- 1/2 tsp Milk- 1/2 cup Some chocolate pieces for end   Method Melt the butter in a bowl and add chopped chocolate bar in small pieces and mix it un-till everything is melted.  Add sugar, curd, oil, milk and mix it thoroughly. Banana Bread | Eggless

Here, I have prepared a very delicious egg less banana bread with dark chocolate chunks in it. Easy to make and stays fresh up to 5 days in fridge. Same recipe can also make around 20 muffins for your next picnic or just snack. Nutritional Value Its a calorie packed snack and the calories also depend on the level of sweetness and butter in recipe. here I have limited the sugar content and the clarified butter is low in quantity so my whole bread give around 12 pieces and 230 kcal for one serving. Mango Icecream | Creamy

A very easy and preservative free homemade mango ice-cream for all the mango lovers. Nutritional value The mango fruit is delicious and sweet , it contains over 20 different minerals and vitamins. this ice-cream contains both cream and condensed milk and serves almost 24 scoops of ice-cream. Ingredients Mangoes- 3 medium size Cream- 1cup Condensed Milk- 200 gms Method Peel the mangoes and make a puree in mixer grinder. Now add cream and condensed milk and mix it again. Pour the mix in a freezer friendly bowl and freeze it for 8 to 12 hours. Scoop and beat the heat. Enjoy!

Beetroot patty burger, a twist in the regular burger and easy way to hide beets in our kids diet. Nutritional Value The beetroot are a great source of  folate (vitamin B9), fiber manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C Ingredients Beetroot- 3 boil and mashed Potato - 2 boil and mashed Onion- 1 chopped small Garlic- 3 cloves (minced) Coriander leaves- a bunch Corn Starch- 2 tbsp Semolina- 1 tbsp APF- 2 tbsp Salt-2 tsp Pepper- 1 tsp Turmeric- 1/2 tsp Green chilies- optional 1/2 cup semolina to coat the patties before frying , bread crumbs can also be used. 1/2 cup oil for shallow frying 4 patties can be made with this amount Method Boil the beetroot and potatoes together and all the ingredients in it with corn starch and all po\urpose flower which will help to bind it together. Peanut and Jaggery can definitely do wonders, when blend together in a creamy formation. A very sweet tooth conundrum to save that untimely sweet cravings. Nutritional Value Peanut 1656 kcal Jaggery 640 kcal Around 24 pieces with almost 100 calories in each, 3 gm protein, 1.91 gm carbs Ingredient 2 cups Peanut Roasted 1 cup Jaggery 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp Ghee 1/4 cup Water Method Take the peanut and roast them in pan, until the raw smells goes out and they are crunchy. Remove all the skin and crush it coarsely in mixer grinder. Add some roasted sesame seeds and keep aside. Now take a heavy bottom pan/kadahi, and put 1 tbsp ghee in it and then add the Jagery and 1/4 cup water. let the mixture cook until its a single thread syrup. Cinnamon rolls made of wheat flour, my personal favorite for grab and go breakfast. Well, it taste good with evening coffee too. Nutritional Value Made of whole wheat flour and yeast, this whole wheat homemade bun can be made with the level of sweetness one desire's. Ingredients Whole Wheat Flour- 4 cups Yeast- 2 tbsp Milk- 1/2 cup Water to knead To fill rolls Butter- 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder- 2 tbsp Sugar- 1/2 cup Method Warm the milk just in between 106 to 115 C and mix yeat in eat with little sugar. A crunchy layer of Oat and flour over a gooey cinnamon apple, a very easy and quick desert for anytime. Here, I have made apple crisp with oat and all-purpose flour topping, I personally like it as a baby Apple pie as it tastes and smells same to me. Nutritional Value Apple crisp has apple, old fashioned oats, butter, and all purpose flour in it, this recipe serves 4 and has Apple,Sugar, Oats, AFP and Butter which is almost 160 calories per serving.
