Ingredients For marination 1oo gms of hung curd 400 gms of paneer diced in cubes 100 gms of mix capsicum and onion diced Chopped garlic and ginger- 1 tbsp Spices 1 tbsp each (turmeric powder, coriander powder. garam masal. amchur powder, cumin powder) Salt 2 tsp Method Make the marination by mixing all the spices and curd. Now mix the paneer and veggies and let it marinate overnight or minimum 4 hours Align them in the skewer and place it on the baking sheet Grill them at 200 C for 20 to 25 minutes rtating in between to get the perfect charred look. Serve with Mint chutney and Enjoy!
