Pav Bhaji

Pav -Bhaji is a buttery finger licking spicy street food of India, which can be easily made at home by cutting all the calories and balancing the veggies of bhaji.
Nutritional Value 

The Pav are store bought and usually are 100 to 150 kcal each. While the Bhajji is made of only veggies.

Ingredients

Veggies for bhajji
Potatao- 2 medium size
Carrot- 2
Cauliflower- medium size 
French Beans- 6 to 8 
Bell pepper- 1 big
Green peas- 1/2 cup

Onion- 1 big
Garlic- 10 pods
Chopped coriander- a bunch 
Tomato- 2 medium size
Cooiking oil or Ghee- 2 tbsp

Spices
Coriander Powder- 1 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tbsp
Pav bhajji masala- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Bay leaf- 2
 
Method

Boil all the veggies, mash it and keep aside.
Heat the pan add oil to it with bay leaf.
Add oinions and let it fry till they are golden in color
Add all the spices now and fry till the oil oozes out
Now add garlic paste, tomato and half of the chopped coriander in it.
Mix all the boiled veggies in the pan add salt and let it cook.
 Serve with warm pav and drop of butter over bhajji.
