Chia Seeds With Curd | Chilled summer breakfast

Easy and light breakfast for summers. Chia seeds has omega-3 fatty acids and give a perfect boost of energy for your early morning starts. Ingredients Chia Seeds- 2 tbsp- per person Curd or milk- 1 cup Banana- 1 ( increase quantity as per person Mango- 1/2 per person Any fruits of your choice can be added. Method Take the requires amount of chia seeds, as per person and soak in the milker curd for max one hour. Overnight soaked seeds are perfect, but chia seeds are well edible in one hour too. Add the choice of fruit, the more the merrier. Chia seed doesn't have any taste of its own, and its absorbs the flavour of any formulation you add too. Sugar, jaggery or honey can be added as per taste. Prefer honey on any other form of sweetener if serving to kids. Adults can consume as it is, as fruits its self give it much sweetness. Sprouted moong dal chilla | Pulses pan cake salty

Experimented with my sprouted moon dal to create this yummy chillas. These are packed with protein and fibre and its a complete breakfast. Ingredients 1 cup- sprouted moong dal 1- egg 1/4 cup- rice flour 1tsp each- turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala 1 tsp - Salt (or as per taste) 1 tbsp -oil or ghee 1/4 cup - Onion chopped 1/4 cup -coriander leaves chopped Method Soak the whole moong dal and let it sprout. Now clean and grind it in a corse paste, and add all the ingredients in it.  Take a heavy bottom frying pan, add few drops of oil and spread it then andadd one ladle spoon of mix in the centre and slowly spread it. Flip it after 2  minutes and let it cook both sides evenly. Serve with curd, chutney or mayo. Enjoy!

Crispy Shallow Fried Chicken

Few simple steps to get very crispy shallow fried chicken. The recipe was created accidentally, but tastes perfect. Ingredients 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut its small pieces 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cornstarch 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika 10 pods of chopped garlic 2 eggs 1/2 cup Vegetable oil for frying Method   In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic. Beat the eggs and add to them. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fold completely in the mixture. Let this marinate for 4 hours in fridge. Keep it out for half an hour before frying Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy frying pan over in medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes each sides. Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the pan and place them on a grilled stand lined with paper towel to remove any excess oil. Serve fried chicken immediately with your favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
