Sprouted moong dal chilla | Pulses pan cake salty

Experimented with my sprouted moon dal to create this yummy chillas. These are packed with protein and fibre and its a complete breakfast.


Ingredients

1 cup- sprouted moong dal

1- egg

1/4 cup- rice flour

1tsp each- turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala

1 tsp - Salt (or as per taste)

1 tbsp -oil or ghee

1/4 cup - Onion chopped

1/4 cup -coriander leaves chopped

Method

Soak the whole moong dal and let it sprout.

Now clean and grind it in a corse paste, and add all the ingredients in it. 


Take a heavy bottom frying pan, add few drops of oil and spread it then andadd one ladle spoon of mix in the centre and slowly spread it.

Flip it after 2  minutes and let it cook both sides evenly.

Serve with curd, chutney or mayo.
