Ingredients

1/2 cup - Whole Wheat flour
1/2 cup -Oat Flour
3 tablespoon sugar (any kind)
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt and baking soda
Wet
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 teaspoon- Vanilla Essence
1 Egg
Other
1 tablespoon oil/butter for preparing
Preparation time-20 mins
Cooking time-15 minutes
Mixing Method
In a bowl mix an egg with warm milk and vanilla essence and keep it aside.
Add all dry ingredients in another bowl (sieve it if you wish) and mix it properly with a whisk.
Now slowly whisk the dry ingredient into the wet bowl without making any lumps try to do it gently. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes before making it.
Cooking Method
Heat the pan/griddle and brush some oil/butter over it.
(it's better to use a nonstick for less oil consumption and just brush some over the pan). You don't need a lot to make pancakes.
Now pour around 3 tablespoons of batter over the pan ( a big spoonful), let the bubble rise on the surface and before it gets too dry flip it.
(don't wait till the surface become too dry as then the pancakes won't be fluffy)
The heat should be medium-low all the time, hot pan will burn the pancake from outside and the inside will be raw.
It takes less than a minute to cook from each side.
Once prepared, stack all of them, put a dollop of butter on the top and drizzle syrup, honey or Nutella over the pancakes, serve with any seasonal fruits.
Enjoy!
