Ingredients
1 cup - Semolina
1/2 cup -Oat flour (maida)
1 cup- Curd
2 teaspoon salt
1cup- mixed shredded vegetables (capsicum, carrot, onion, tomato)
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
Method
Mix the semolina, oat flour and curd in a bowl with salt. Let it sit for ten minutes.
Add all vegetables and garam masala to it. Check the consistency if its should in spreadable form and if it does not add one tablespoon of milk or water at a time to make get the consistency.
Take bread slices, add any kind of sauce or chutney for your base.
Spread a thin layer of mixture on the bread.
Add little oil over the nonstick pan and place the bread slice the mixture side down.
In a medium heat let it cook for approx 4 minutes before lifting it. Add some butter/oil in the sides to cook it properly.
Flip on the other side and brown it till it turns crispy.
This recipe will make 12 sandwiches.
Serve with juice, tea or coffee.
