Chole Tikki Chaat | Corn

Here, I have made my favorite chaat which is very famous in Madhya Pradesh, India. The yellow peas chole served with corn and potato tikkis dipped in sweet and sour chutney is a perfect evening snack for rainy days.


 Nutritional Value

Its main ingredient is Yellow peas and potato which is mix of protein and carb, not a daily diet food, but once in a while use it as a cheat meal.

Ingredients

For Tikki

Boiled Potatoes- 2 medium size

Boiled corn- 1/4 cup

Onion- 1 small

Corn Starch- 2 tbsp

Coriander- chopped 1/4 cup

Salt- 1tsp

Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp

Turmeric- 1/2 tsp

Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp

Oil to shallow fry-  2 tbsp

Green chili- 1 chopped

Garnish

Green Chutney

Sweet Tamarind chutney 

Few golgappa pieces to crush over it

Method

To make tikki we will first boil and peel the potatoes and mix all ingredient together.



 This recipe will make 4 tikkis medium size.

In a pan pour 2 tbsp oil, and shallow fry them until golden brown from all sides.
