Nutritional Value

Apple crisp has apple, old fashioned oats, butter, and all purpose flour in it, this recipe serves 4 and has Apple,Sugar, Oats, AFP and Butter which is almost 160 calories per serving.

Take another bowl add the whole dry ingredient, brown sugar with butter and mix very well.

Butter a 9*6 baking dish and spread the apples evenly on it, now cover the mixture with the dry ingredient evenly.

Bake it for 15 minutes at 180 C then turn around in bake again fro 15 minutes or more till the bottom starts bubbling and the top is golden brown, serve it with a dollop of ice-cream or simple gobble with some black coffee as a breakfast.
