Cheesy Veggie Pasta | White Sauce

Veggie cheese pasta is loaded with veggies, we can also replace veggies with chicken or make it plain white. Nutrition Value Its a perfect mix of carbohydrates and protein and gives a very balance diet. Ingredients Carrot, Capsicum - 250 gms chopped Pasta (any)- 250 gms, cooked as per packet instruction. Mushrooms can be used in any forms, gravy, dry, or stir fried and due to its texture it holds every flavor very well. In my home, mushrooms are my son's favorite and here I have prepared a tasty dry chilli mushrooms, a perfect side dish for your meal or just enjoy it with drinks.   Nutrition Value Mushrooms are very less in calories, here I have used 200 gms of mushroom which have 60 calories max. I have added veggies to it and same sauces. This dish serve two and around 100 Kcal each servings. Here, I have made my favorite chaat which is very famous in Madhya Pradesh, India. The yellow peas chole served with corn and potato tikkis dipped in sweet and sour chutney is a perfect evening snack for rainy days.   Nutritional Value Its main ingredient is Yellow peas and potato which is mix of protein and carb, not a daily diet food, but once in a while use it as a cheat meal. Egg less cakey brownie to fix some sweet tooth cravings in this rainy season. Nutritional Value They are AP flour and cocoa powder brownies, and contains fat like butter and oil. Not very advisable if you are on a diet. Here the recipe makes almost 16 small pieces and my cooking gives around 120 kcal for each piece. AP Flour Cocoa Powder Butter Around 16 pieces and each piece is of 120 calorie. Origin of falafel is very contested from Middle east to Saudi Arabia, but these fried balls of chickpeas are loved all over the world and here in my home we have it as snack and sometimes the original pita bread way. Nutritional Value Every 100gms of falafel, fried and home made is around 300 kcal, which measures six to eight balls, depends on the size. The dish is all legumes, so it has protein and fiber in it, as it is fried food but also can be baked. Ingredients Chick peas- 1 cup Parsley and Coriander- Chopped bunch each Onion- 1 Chopped Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp Pepper- 1/2 tsp Salt- 2 tsp Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp Oil- 1 cup to fry Method   Soak the chickpeas over night in warm water and drain and wash it in the morning.
