Ingredients Cashew- 200 gms Sugar- 3/4 cup Cardamom powder- one teaspoon Water- 1/4 cup Method Roast the cashew and let it cool. Make a powder of the cashew and keep it aside. Take a pan and mix sugar and water in it and heat it up, and make one string syrup of it. Now mix the cashew powder and mix it completely, add some ghee in it and make a soft dough out of it. Spread one teaspoon ghee on a plate and spread the dough over it in half inch thickness. Cut it into diamond shape pieces and serve. Enjoy!
