Savory bite size namkeen is a perfect snack while having family time or fun time. Easy to prepare these homemade crispy delights are easy to store and a have a shelf life of more than 40 days. Nutritional Value  These yummies are deep fried in oil, so a lot of munching could effect our crease lines. So munch is limited quantity. This recipe you can make almost 200 bites. Calories*- 10 each All-purpose flour- 365 kcal Whole wheat flour- 365 kcal Oil- 2000 (1 cup) *calories are an estimation of my cooking. This lightly aired Paneer Kofta's melts in your mouth,  eat them as is it or mix them in gravy and enjoy with rice or roti. Nutritional Value These little balls are shallow fried and dipped in a gravy of cashew and tomato. This recipe will make approx 10 koftas The oil or butter we use to prepare makes a real difference in calories. This yummy reddish bowl is all we need to warm up in cozy nights. Nutrition Value This recipe serves an approx 6 bowls of pudding with a maximum of 140 calories each. The pudding has carrot, condensed milk, and whole milk it. It is a rich dessert and considering the fat amount it should be in our occasional cheat list. A hot cup of tea by the sound of rain, the smell of fresh wet sand was refreshing something within me, the quiet mist was soaking my face as I was trying to snuggle myself in the quilt.
