Paneer Tikka | Oven Grilled

 Marinated paneer grilled and charred to perfection is the perfect starter for Indian Cuisine.

Nutritional Value

Paneer is the main ingredient in this and veggies are optional, so ta single line of tikka is around 5 pieces of paneer with veggies with almost 100 calories in each section.

Ingredients 

For marination

1oo gms of hung curd 

400 gms of paneer diced in cubes

100 gms of mix capsicum and onion diced

Chopped garlic and ginger- 1 tbsp

Spices 1 tbsp each (turmeric powder, coriander powder. garam masal. amchur powder, cumin powder)

Salt 2 tsp

Method

Make the marination by mixing all the spices and curd.

Now mix the paneer and veggies and let it marinate overnight or minimum 4 hours

Align them in the skewer and place it on the baking sheet
Grill them at 200 C for 20 to 25 minutes rtating in between to get the perfect charred look.

Serve with Mint chutney and Enjoy!
