Egg Salad

Egg salad is the perfect lunch recipe, it's just mixing a few healthy ingredients, and you fix yourself a perfect protein-rich meal in no time. The egg can be replaced with Tofu for vegetarians.


Nutritional Value

Three boiled eggs and an average mayonnaise person will give 170 Kcal per serving. If the dressing is homemade the calories can be cut down.

Ingredients

Boiled Eggs- 3

Cherry tomato- 6

Lettuce- a bunch (7-8 leaves)

Dressing- 1 tbsp mayonnaise or homemade dressing

Feta cheese- 2 tbsp crumbled or can be skipped too.

(vegetarians can add tofu instead of egg and it will taste wonderful)

Method

Collect all the ingredients , wash the lettuce an tomatoes, cut it into desired size.


Mix the ingredients well in your dish and serve with love.
