There’s nothing better than the comforting aroma of freshly baked cinnamon buns. This recipe swaps out refined sugar for  jaggery powder , a natural sweetener packed with minerals and a deep caramel-like flavour. Using whole wheat flour makes these buns a bit more wholesome while keeping them soft and fluffy. Perfect for a guilt-free indulgence! Ingredients For the Dough 2 cups whole wheat flour ½ cup milk (lukewarm) ¼ cup butter (melted) ¼ cup jaggery powder 1 large egg 1 tsp yeast ½ tsp salt For the Filling ¼ cup jaggery powder 2 tbsp softened butter 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp flour For the Topping ½ cup homemade cottage cheese 2 tsp sugar-free sweetener 1-2 tbsp milk ¼ tsp vanilla extract Method Warm the milk until it is lukewarm, then add the yeast and let it sit for about five minutes until frothy. A Quick and Delicious Snack! Looking for a simple, nutritious, and crispy snack? These vegetable fritters are packed with the goodness of fresh veggies and are pan-fried to perfection, making them a guilt-free treat for any time of the day! Ingredients: ½ cup grated carrot ½ cup shredded cabbage ½ cup finely chopped capsicum ¼ cup rice flour ¼ cup besan (gram flour) ½ tsp salt (or to taste) ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala 1 egg (optional) Water as needed 2 tbsp oil (for shallow frying) Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the vegetables with the dry ingredients and mash well with your hands. The vegetables will release water and bind together. Let the mixture rest for five minutes.
