Veg Burger | Potato Patty

Some veggie potato-patty burgers for your weekend meal, a regular favorite for all and easy to make.

Ingredients

Potato - 4 boil and mashed
Onion powder- 1 tsp
Garlic- 3 cloves (minced)
Coriander leaves- a bunch
Corn Starch- 2 tbsp
APF- 2 tbsp
Salt-2 tsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Green chilies- optional

For patty dip
1/4 cup cornstarch and all purpose flour each to coat the patties before frying
1/4 cup water 
Salt- 1tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
 

1/2 cup oil for shallow frying

4 patties can be made with this amount

Method
 
Mix the mashed potato and rest of the ingredients and make four palm size patties and keep aside.
 
Take a pan heat the oil in it. Now dip the patties in the solution and put in the pan and fry each side for 3 minutes in medium flame.


Now take your buns, toast them if you like. Add mayo or any kind of sauce in it, be fancy with lettuce, tomatoes or just add the patty in between, its your choice.
 

Assemble and enjoy the potato patty burgers, quick and tasty.
