Here, I have prepared a very delicious egg less banana bread with dark chocolate chunks in it. Easy to make and stays fresh up to 5 days in fridge. Same recipe can also make around 20 muffins for your next picnic or just snack. Nutritional Value Its a calorie packed snack and the calories also depend on the level of sweetness and butter in recipe. here I have limited the sugar content and the clarified butter is low in quantity so my whole bread give around 12 pieces and 230 kcal for one serving.
