Banana Bread | Eggless

Here, I have prepared a very delicious egg less banana bread with dark chocolate chunks in it. Easy to make and stays fresh up to 5 days in fridge. Same recipe can also make around 20 muffins for your next picnic or just snack. Nutritional Value Its a calorie packed snack and the calories also depend on the level of sweetness and butter in recipe. here I have limited the sugar content and the clarified butter is low in quantity so my whole bread give around 12 pieces and 230 kcal for one serving. Dutch Baby Pancake

Dutch Baby Pancake is an easy to assemble breakfast and it poof's like a dream. Its origin is controversial if we look on internet but its a lovable breakfast worldwide. Nutritional Value This recipe will serve 4 people and with filling and cream its around 280 kcal per person. Ingredients Eggs- 3 All purpose Flour- 1/2 cup 
Milk- 1/2 cup 
Sugar- 1tbsp 
Cinnamon- 1/4 tsp 
Salt- 1/4 tsp   Preheat oven to 240 C degrees. Mix all the ingredients except butter until smooth.   Take a heavy pan and heat the butter as soon as it is hot add the batter to the pan and then move back to the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden    Remove pancake from oven, cut into wedges and serve at once with any topping of your choice like syrup,fruits etc   Enjoy!
