Nutritional Value Moong dal patty is mix with pulses, potato and oat and each patty here is around 150 Kcal. Ingredients Moon dal- 100gms Chick pea- soaked 50 gms Potato- 1 boiled Oat- 1/4 cup Peanut- 1/4 cup Onion- 1 diced Garlic- 3 pods Ginger-1/2 inch Coriander leaves- chopped 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tbsp Oil- 1/2 cup to shallow fry Masala Mix 1/2 teaspoons of Corainder powder, Amchur Powder, Cumin powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Method Soak the moong beans for 4 hours, strain it and blend it with onion, garlic and soaked chick peas In a pan roast oats and peanuts and then crush them into a fine powder. In a bowl take the mashed boiled potato and mix it with the moong dal paste, oat peanut powder, salt and masala mix. Add coriander leaves and fold them all together and form patties.
