Bagels | Homemade
I say them distant cousin of doughnuts usually, as they lookalike to me. Here, I have made homemade bagels both plain and with sesame seeds around.
Take a big pot and boil water in it, add little sugar in the water. Now drop the bagels one by one and let it boil for 2 minutes each side precisely.
Now roll the bagels over the seeds and heat up the oven for 180 C. Put a parchment paper on cookie pan and spread them evenly.
Cook for 30 minutes or until you see them brown on top. Turn once in between to cook them properly all sides.
Nutrition Value
I always use half All Purpose Flour and half Whole Wheat Flour, they are all carbs and fibre , perfect for breakfast.
This recipe makes 12 bagels and almost 200 kcal per bagel.

Roll the dough in small pieces and then roll again in pipe like formation to make round shape.Take a big pot and boil water in it, add little sugar in the water. Now drop the bagels one by one and let it boil for 2 minutes each side precisely.

Make some extra cinnamon roll and pop them together in oven for a great breakfast.
