Bread Pakora

Nutritional Value Healthy is a far away word for bread pakora. basically the bread stuffed with any stuffing of your choice, and then covered with gram flour paste and then deep or shallow fried. Bread- 160 kcal Filling- 100 kcal Gram Flour - 50 kcal Almost 250 to 280 per piece calorie and total 8 pakoras will be prepared. Ingredients Bread- 8 slices For Fillings Potato- 4 medium boiles Onion- 1/2 Spices- all spices and salt Coriander leaves- few For Paste Gram Flour- 1/2 cup Water- 1/2 cup Salt- 1 tsp Cumin- 1 tsp Pepper- 1 tsp Method Boil and mash potato almost 1 cup after mashing. Take a small pan, add 1 tsp of oil and onion, chili and ginger to it and fry them, add the mashed potato and spices and coriander to it. Mix all the ingredients of paste and keep it aside.
