Snack for all occasions, mungode are little pakoras made with moong dal and grated cauliflower. These are one of the famous evening snacks from the heart of Madhay Pradesh. Served hot with any kind of chutney on any occasion, they wont fail to impress. Nutritional Value Each 1 cup of moong dal contains around 300 calories with 8g of protein whereas cauliflower contains 50 calories in 2 cups.
