Savory bite size namkeen is a perfect snack while having family time or fun time. Easy to prepare these homemade crispy delights are easy to store and a have a shelf life of more than 40 days. Nutritional Value  These yummies are deep fried in oil, so a lot of munching could effect our crease lines. So munch is limited quantity. This recipe you can make almost 200 bites. Calories*- 10 each All-purpose flour- 365 kcal Whole wheat flour- 365 kcal Oil- 2000 (1 cup) *calories are an estimation of my cooking. Ingredients For dough All-purpose flour and Wheat Flour - 1 cup each(350 gms) Oil- 3 tablespoons cup 1/2 teaspoon salt Carrom seeds ( ajwain - 1/2 teaspoon) 1/2 cup water Method  To make a dough First mix the dry ingredients together then add oil to it, try to mix as much as you can so when you bind the flour just by hand it forms a loose shape.
