RAWA IDLI
I always try to look for simple and quick recipes and ‘Rawa Idli’ fits it in perfectly. Rawa idli is a version of the famous Indian breakfast Idli which is made from soaked rice and Urad lentils. The one I am preparing here is made with semolina and yoghurt The dish is prepared by steaming the mixture and one can have it at any time of the day. Idli is always served with sambhar or chutney or both together.
