Popsicles | Summer

Our dear summer is early in Southern India. Already struggling with hot days in and out. Here I have made a refreshing cool two flavors Popsicle's at home. Hope you will try it! Ingredients Two different flavors of drinks non-aerated. Method I have mixed two flavors mango and orange in my Popsicle. Natural juices or cold-pressed, homemade anything can be used. You can use any powder mix drinks or the store bought drinks, like here I have used mango for the base and then froze it for a day and then pour another layer of orange and froze it for another day. Refresh yourself with the joy of yummy Popsicle's with family and friends Enjoy!

Pizza | Store base

I call this as my pantry pizza as the base is already store bought and I have to just top with cheese and my homemade pizza sauce.   Nutritional Value Hell ya! Why even bother when eating pizza 😉. Well, the pizza base calories is around 300 kcal and with the amount of cheese you wish to put can change all over calories consumption. Here in my pizza it will be around 200 kcal per piece.  Ingredients Pizza Base- 2 Cheese pizza- 350 gms Pizza Sauce- 3 tbsp Butter- 2 tbs at room temperature Oregano- to sprinkle Method Warm your oven at a temperature between 430 C to 450 C Take the store bought base and spread and good layer of soft butter then spread the sauce as per your choice and put cheese all around it. Put in the center of the oven and bake for 10 minutes and then change to grill setting and bake for another 5 minutes till the top start bubbling. Pizza is ready in  almost 18 to 20 minutes.
